Cherry Park is one of the most popular parks in the City of Weatherford, partially because of its location in the heart of the City. Cherry Park truly contains something for everyone of all ages.

Cherry Park is very recognizable because it is the home of Weatherford's lone municipal swimming pool. Cherry Park features two picnic structures available for rent, a pavilion and a gazebo. When not rented, these structures are available for use on a first come, first serve basis. To make reservations on either, please call 817-598-4124.

Cherry Park, like Miller Park, features a beautiful new playground, with multiple age appropriate structures and swing sets. Cherry Park Gazebo is perfect for your smaller picnics and parties.

Cherry Park also has a community building available to host your birthday party, reunion, bridal shower, or any other meeting you may have a need for. Remodeled from an old barracks, Cherry Park Building comes complete with a kitchen and restroom facilities. Other opportunities in Cherry Park that you can take advantage include a 1/4 mile walking trail, a lighted basketball court, and an outdoor stage.
