Alright everyone, National Night Out is just around the corner on October 1st and we want to make this one the best yet!!!!!

This is an event designed to build positive community relationships by having neighbors get out to meet one another. Being a host for your neighborhood doesn't really have any obligations attached with it. You are just establishing your yard or driveway for the meeting place in the neighborhood. Some host cook hot dogs, some get a bounce house for the kids, and some just enjoy the company of their neighbors no strings attached.

The choice is up to the participating neighborhood host. Our department heads up the event and officers will stop by to meet you and your neighbors. If you (or someone you know) would like to represent your neighborhood by being a host, contact the Community Services Division at 682-229-2612 or ptumlin@weatherfordtx.gov to get more information!
