Enjoy 60 minutes of therapeutic asana practice focusing on heart and hip openers, twists, postural alignment, conscious breathing and meditation - facilitated by Certified Yoga Therapist, Lin Weiss in the BEAUTIFUL Dove Ridge Vineyard Venue.
Classes are multi-dimensional, accommodating the personal needs of the beginner, as well as the advanced practitioner.
