For nearly 50 years, The Parker County Heritage Society
has been dedicated to preserving the rich history, historic places, and unique
stories that have shaped Parker County and the City of Weatherford. Founded in
1976, our nonprofit organization works to protect historic buildings, preserve
documents and photographs, support restoration projects, and inspire future
generations through educational and cultural programs.

place here. Through signature events like the annual Candlelight Tour of
